BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Flour & onion
1 c. sherry
Salt & pepper

Shake meat in flour, salt and pepper. Brown an onion and add to meat. Add 2 cans soup, sherry and simmer, stirring until well mixed. Before serving, add sour cream, serve over egg noodles.
