MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
9 potatoes
Dash of pepper
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. butter
Grated longhorn cheese

Peel potatoes and boil until tender; mash. Add salt, pepper, cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered casserole dish (13 x 9 inch) and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I add grated cheese on top before I bake.
