MEDITERRANEAN SALAD 
1 head Romaine
1 c. walnuts with 1/4 c. butter
1 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dressing of your choice

1. Cut Romaine into salad size pieces.

2. Saute walnuts in butter.

3. Place Romaine in serving bowl. Top with walnuts, red grapes and shredded cheese.

4. Serve with dressing of your choice. Excellent with catalina, raspberry vinigarette, sweet herb or buttermilk. 8-10 servings.
