SOUTHWESTERN SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 cans black beans, well drained
2 cans sliced black olives
1/3 c. salsa
3 tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 chopped white onion (optional)
1 c. Ranch dressing

Tear a head of lettuce into bite size pieces, then add tomatoes, sliced olives, shredded Cheddar cheese, black beans and onions. Combine salsa and Ranch dressing. Mix into salad.

For presentation, put tortilla chips around edge of bowl.
