PISTACHIO COOKIES 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pie filling and pudding
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Drop teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen. Butterscotch pie filling could be used.
