1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring as desired

Heat all ingredients until it can not be stirred any longer. Cool and knead until it reaches consistency. Store in plastic bag or plastic container.
