CHOCOLATE EAU CLAIR DESSERT 
Layer graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan.

Mix 2 small packages French Vanilla (instant) pudding with 3 cups of milk. Add 8 ounces Cool Whip. Put half of pudding mixture over graham crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers and top with balance of pudding mixture. Add third layer of graham crackers.

Spread top with your favorite chocolate fudge frosting. Chill before serving.
