BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
6 or 7 slices real American cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. butter
Dash of salt

Cook broccoli, drain and put in 8-inch oven-proof dish. Beat eggs and add cheeses, flour and butter; salt too. Pour over broccoli. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool slightly before serving. Can double recipe and use 1/2 pound or more American cheese to taste.
