MACARONI MONTEREY | |
8 oz. pkg. macaroni 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Grease a 2-quart casserole. Cook macaroni and drain. Cut cheese in small cubes. Combine macaroni, cheese, sour cream, butter and salt and pepper. Mix well and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
