MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. orange Jello, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, not drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add orange juice concentrate, mandarin oranges and pineapples. Let jell in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix pudding with milk. Add Cool Whip. Top with cherries, if desired. Cut in squares.
