12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. butterscotch chips 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate 2 c. peanut butter 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 tsp. maple flavoring 2 lb. powdered sugar Grease a 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Melt together (microwave 2 minutes) chocolate and butterscotch chips, unsweetened chocolate and peanut butter. Put half on cookie sheet. Freeze what's on cookie sheet! Cook butter, evaporated milk and vanilla pudding for 1 minute. Add maple flavoring and powdered sugar. Spread on chocolate layer on cookie sheet and return to freezer. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup salted peanuts to other half of chocolate mixture. Spread on top of frozen pan. Keeps well in freezer. |
