NUT GOODY BARS 
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 tsp. maple flavoring
2 lb. powdered sugar

Grease a 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 inch pan. Melt together (microwave 2 minutes) chocolate and butterscotch chips, unsweetened chocolate and peanut butter. Put half on cookie sheet. Freeze what's on cookie sheet! Cook butter, evaporated milk and vanilla pudding for 1 minute. Add maple flavoring and powdered sugar. Spread on chocolate layer on cookie sheet and return to freezer. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup salted peanuts to other half of chocolate mixture. Spread on top of frozen pan. Keeps well in freezer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
