CHEESE AND BACON BISCUITS 
4 strips bacon
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. bacon drippings

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange bacon strips on paper plate and cover with paper towel. Cook bacon in microwave on full power about 3 minutes, until crisp. Let cool and crumble into small pieces. Mix the Bisquick, milk, and bacon drippings until soft dough forms. Add cheese and cooked bacon. If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick to make it easy to handle. Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Roll mixture on this and shape into a ball. Knead 1- times. Roll out to 1/3 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch cutter which has been dropped in flour. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes. Makes 6 biscuits.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
