SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water

Cook 10 minutes, drain and cool.

STEP 2:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter with sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Press half into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

STEP 3:
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cooled raisins and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour on baked crust and top with remaining crust mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, cut into small bars.
