CURLY - RONI AND MEAT SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. sweet basil flakes
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Curly Roni

Cook beef, onion and garlic in large fry pan until meat is lightly browned and onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and Curly Roni. Simmer approximately 30 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, cook Curly Roni according to basic directions on package; drain. Pour into heated serving dish. Top with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Makes approximately 9 cups.
