1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Dash of oregano
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Mix together. Use only 1/4 of tomato juice out of can. Let set for 1/2 hour. Taste. If too hot, add more chopped canned tomatoes.
