CAESAR SALAD 
2 oz. block Parmesan cheese
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 box croutons

Wash and dry lettuce. Tear into pieces. Grate cheese finely in food processor.

DRESSING:

1 egg
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to full can anchovies (not optional)
Dash Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Dash red wine vinegar (optional)
