1/4 lb. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 lg. cans hominy
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. milk

Melt first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Add milk and cook until thick. Add hominy and stir. Put in a buttered casserole. Put topping on and bake until brown in a 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

TOPPING:

Melt 1/8 lb. butter and add 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Put over top of hominy and bake.
