HOT APPETIZER DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, cut fine
2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Thin cream cheese with milk (using electric mixer). Add all other ingredients and place in an 8 inch Pyrex pie plate. Brown pecans in butter and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
