DIET GELATIN SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) Lite Cool Whip 1 pkg. sugar-free orange Jell-O instant mix 1 small nonfat cottage cheese 1 large can Mandarin oranges, drained 4 whole pecans (optional) Add dry orange Jell-O to Cool Whip. Then add cottage cheese and drained Mandarin oranges. Top with chopped pecans (optional). Let set in refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes, then serve. (Note: You can use other sugar-free Jell-O mixes like lime, strawberry or pistachio and add in a can of drained crushed pineapple in its own juice or fresh sliced strawberries or kiwi. One hundred calories for 1 cup. |
