SPICY SHORT RIBS 
2 lb. short ribs
Flour
Fat
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut short ribs into serving pieces. Roll in flour. Brown slowly in fat in electric skillet. Combine remaining ingredients pour over short ribs. Cover simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.
