THREE SISTER SOUP | |
1 lb. ground turkey (you can substitute ground beef, pork, or chicken or even use a 12 oz. can of chunk chicken) 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans 1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans salt and pepper, to taste In a large skillet, brown the ground meat of your choosing and drain away any excess liquid. Note: If you decide to use canned chicken, be sure to drain the chicken and move on to the following step. Add the corn and all of the beans to the meat mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
