NOODLE PUDDING 
8 oz. fine noodles, cooked
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
4 beaten eggs
2 or 3 handfuls of raisins
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Combine 1/2 of the 1/4 pound melted butter with all ingredients except the eggs. Then add eggs to the mixture. Pour this mixture on top of noodles and mix very well. Put in greased pan, pour the rest of the butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook 350 degrees in oven for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown in a large pyrex rectangular dish.
