NOODLE PUDDING 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) medium egg noodles
1 c. whole milk
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Golden seedless raisins
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
2 to 3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water in colander.

While noodles are cooking, place milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in blender or food processor. Blend 10 to 15 seconds. Pour blended ingredients onto prepared baking dish. Add raisins and noodles, toss gently spreading evenly. Dust top generously with cinnamon, dot with small pieces of butter and bake 60 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and serve hot, or cool longer and serve at room temperature.
