1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 2 sticks butter, softened 2 lb. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut 1 pkg. chocolate chips 1 square paraffin Combine milk and butter. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add coconut, mix. Place in refrigerator until cold. Make balls size of small walnuts. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin in double boiler (or microwave). Dip candy. Put on wax paper to cool. Nuts or cherries can be added with coconut. |
