CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
1 lg. frying chicken
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Cook 1 large frying chicken until tender. Debone it and take off skin. Mix flour, salt and baking powder and 2 cups broth. Roll real thin, cut into strips. Take strips and pull little pieces off and drop in boiling chicken broth. When this is done, put chicken back in.
