HAMBURGER - CHEESE BAKE 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper

Season ground beef to taste. Divide meat into 12 patties, place a small amount of cheese on top of 6 of the patties and top with another pattie. Seal edges. Place in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over top. (May have to add a little water to sauce to completely cover patties.) Top with remaining cheese and bake for one hour at 350 degrees, stir sauce to mix in cheese. Serves 6.
