MILLET CASSEROLE 
1 c. millet, uncooked
5 c. tomato juice
1 med. onion, blended in part of tomato juice
4 tbsp. ground sesame seeds
1/2 c. ground cashews or almonds
1 c. chopped olives
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. savory

Mix all ingredients. Bake in shallow covered casserole at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours, or until liquid is absorbed.

This goes well with a fruit meal. If used as a vegetable meal, 1/2 cup chopped celery may be added.
