OVEN MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. salt SAUCE: 1 c. catsup 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet and brown in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. SAUCE: Combine all ingredients. Add meatballs and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. |
