CRAB MEAT SPREAD 
12 oz. imitation crab meat
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried dill

Cut crab into small pieces. Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate in an airtight container. This is great on crackers.
