1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. brewed coffee
1 tsp. instant coffee
6 pkg. Equal
1/4 tsp. brandy extract

Put in blender until smooth. Ice on an angel food cake.
