1 stick butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 can Eagle Brand milk

In a 9 inch square pan melt butter. Add other ingredients in layers as listed above. Do not stir. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
