PINA COLADA CAKE 
Betty Crocker white (super moist) pudding in the mix

Follow instructions on the box except the eggs. Mix cake then add three egg whites beaten. Use 10 x 12 cake pan. Take out of oven. Punch one inch holes one inch apart all over the cake. Pour mixture all over the cake, made of:

1 (15 oz.) can of Pina Colada cream
1 can of Eagle Brand milk or 1 (15 oz.) can of cream of coconut with 6 oz. can of Pina Colada concentrate juice, not diluted
1 can of Eagle Brand milk

Let set until ready to serve, then cover with mix of 8 oz. non dairy Cool Whip and a 3 1/2 oz. can of coconut. Pour liquid over cake while it is still very hot. Also the coconut in the Cool Whip is optional.
