CHICKEN & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or use chicken pieces)
1 sm. pkg. of wild rice mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 stick butter

Melt 1 stick butter in baking pan. Sprinkle wild rice and spice packet over top. In mixing bowl mix soups and milk. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Mushrooms or cheese can be added to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
