GRILLED FRANK STEAK 
1-1 1/2 lbs. frank steak
1 slice fresh ginger, minced
1 garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 shot dark rum
Black/red pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and marinate overnight. Grill on hot coals 10 minutes each side. Cover in foil for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with salad and vegetable side dish and bread sticks. Yield: 4 servings.
