FESTIVE FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1 (#2) can sliced peaches
1 can mandarin orange slices
3 bananas, sliced
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
Fresh strawberries (opt.)

Cook pudding in pineapple juice until thick. Drain real well the canned fruits and mix together with the pudding. Refrigerate overnight. A few hours before serving, add bananas, cherries and strawberries. This is spectacular served in a clear glass bowl. Recipe may be easily doubled for large groups. (Sugar free pudding may be used.)
