PUMPKIN - APPLE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. apple juice

butter and eggs should be room temperature.

In a large mixer bowl beat butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar at medium speed until sugar is dissolved. Add eggs, beat 2 minutes. Stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cloves and ginger. Add to creamed mixture, alternate with pumpkin and apple juice, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
