HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. salad dressing
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced thin
2 c. potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Mix the first 10 ingredients together in a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with chips and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
