SCRUMPTIOUS FUDGE | |
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. butterscotch chips Pinch of salt 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. pecan or walnut pieces 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows Melt first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler just until smooth. (Take care not to get too hot.) Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts and mini marshmallows. Pour into foil lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Unmold, remove foil, cut into squares and enjoy. Note: You may use peanut butter chips in place of the butterscotch chips or all peanut butter chips and eliminate the nuts and marshmallows. |
