GRAPE JUICE 
10 lb. grapes, picked off stems
2 qt. water

Cook and strain through a cloth. To the juice, add 2 pounds sugar. Boil 10 to 15 minutes. Bottle and seal.

I found 10 pounds grapes is equal to 7 1/4 quarts or 29 cups; 2 pounds sugar equals 4 1/3 cups.
