EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Combine chicken, soups and pimentos in bowl; set aside. Melt butter and add stuffing mix. In 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan, place half the stuffing in bottom. Add chicken mixture, then top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
