FREEZER DILL PICKLES 
2 qt. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dill

Mix cucumbers, onions and salt. Let stand 2 hours. Mix next 4 ingredients. After 2 hours, drain cucumbers well. Pack in freezer containers leaving 1 inch head space. Cover with oil and vinegar mixture. Cover and freeze. Makes 3 1/2 pints.
