EASY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding & pie filling
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 apple, cut up
1 banana

Drain juice of pineapple into bowl. Mix the pudding and pie filling into juice well. Add the pineapple, oranges and apple, coating apple well. Slice the banana in at serving time and coat them well. This can easily be doubled. I like to add 1 green apple and 1 red apple for color. I also add cantaloupe and honeydew melon balls and grapes when in season. Don't use cherries or strawberries, they color the dressing.
