HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 lb. all-purpose flour (3 3/4 c.)
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. yeast (2 1/4 oz. pkg.)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in bowl. Add oil and water. Mix. Knead 3 minutes. Put in bowl. Cover; rise until double. Punch down; let rest 4 minutes. Roll to one 165 inch or 2 - 12 inch. Let rise 15 minutes on pizza pan. Add sauce, toppings and cheese. Put in cold oven. Turn on to 500 degrees. Bake 18 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 can tomato puree
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Blend well.
