VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 med. carrots, chopped
2 med. stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. potato, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. basil
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, mashed

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and add 4 cups water. Simmer, covered for 30 to 60 minutes until vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
