ZIPPY VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. prepared white horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Ground black pepper to taste

Press chopped tomato and cucumber between paper towels to extract as much liquid as possible. Combine with the next 6 ingredients. Cover and chill until 1/2 hour before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
