4 c. low-sodium chicken broth 1 c. fresh bean sprouts 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed 1/3 c. sliced scallions 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1/2 c. Egg Beaters Cholesterol-free 99% Real Egg Product In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine broth, bean sprouts and snow peas; simmer, covered, for 2 minutes. Stir in scallions and sherry. Gradually pour in Egg Beaters without stirring. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring once or twice. Makes 6 servings. |
