FRUIT AND CRUMBS 
3 c. sliced, unpeeled apples or pears
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. softened butter

Arrange fruit in even layer in microwave proof 9 inch pie plate. Combine honey and water and pour over fruit. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes. Stir together remaining ingredients until mixture resembles cookie crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
