ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 can Mandarin oranges 3 eggs 3/4 c. oil In large bowl, mix cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil. Mix no longer than 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. TOPPING: 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 sm. box instant coconut cream pudding 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix pineapple, pudding and vanilla. Fold into Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate. |
