ONION PEPPER RELISH | |
6 lbs. onions 3 lbs. red & green peppers 1 qt. cider vinegar 2 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. hot crushed red pepper, or to taste Coarse grind onions and peppers. Use large kettle. Cook for 30 minutes, stir to prevent scorching. Put in pint jars, seal tight. Process 12 minutes in hot water bath. Makes about 8 pints. |
