1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. butter 2 boxes chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip from 9 oz. box Crust: Cut butter into flour, add nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Make pudding with 3 cups milk. Cheese Mixture: Mix cheese with sugar and add few drops of milk. Fold into Cool Whip. Spread cheese mixture on crust. Put cool pudding on top of cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Place in refrigerator to firm and make cutting neater. Wet knife is best. |
